Australian Lean healthcare pioneer at Newcastle University

For 10 years, David Ben-Tovim has been using Lean Thinking and other non-healthcare methods to improve the safety, quality and accessibility of care at Flinders University and Medical Centre, South Australia.  David has been recently announced by Newcastle University as the speaker at next year’s R W Mann Lecture.

Titled An Accidental Redesigner, the lecture will take place on Thursday 20 March 2014, 5.30 pm in the Curtis Auditorium, Herschel Building, Newcastle University.
