The North East Transformation System Limited (NETS Ltd) is a registered data controller with the Information Commissioner’s Office (registration number ZA351950).

We respect your right to privacy and will only process personal data you provide to us in accordance with the UK Data Protection Legislation (DPA) and from the 25th May 2018 the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

This website does not store or capture personal information, but merely logs the user’s IP address that is automatically recognised by the web server. We do not use cookies for collecting user information and we will not collect any information about you except that required for system administration of our web server.

Information, if volunteered to us by you, will be held and processed on a secure NETS Ltd network.  We will use the personal data that you provide, i.e. your name, address, telephone number, email address, for the purposes of providing our services to you.  Our legal grounds for processing your data are for contractual purposes. Your data will be held in the UK and the processes are EU compliant. 

We may need to disclose your details if required to the police, regulatory bodies or legal advisors.  However, we will not pass on your details to any other organisation, without your permission.

How we use cookies
