Coalfields Practice Improvement Project
Funded by Sunderland Clinical Commissioning Group, we are working with five general practices in the Sunderland Coalfields area to introduce NETS methodology using a tailored, bite-sized approach. The project aims to help practices to improve quality and safety whilst releasing time that can be re-invested in patient care.
Bite-sized methodology was developed to support the introduction of lean improvement techniques to smaller organisations. The approach uses a holistic mix of practical doing and theoretical learning through participants working on improvements in their practice setting. Practices will be coached through a structured improvement cycle using NETS concepts with lean tools and techniques introduced to match project needs in a tailored way.
The project is being managed by Gary Prior, NETS Programme and Implementation Manager. For more information on how this approach can benefit your organisation or Clinical Commissioning Group, please get in touch via our contact page.Contact Us View Project Blog
